"is not a safety if that exposure shrinks like currently" - what's the basis for this comment? If in regards to Andy he started buying in 1992 so why has it shrunk assuming he uses the nominated currency for the country he lives in.

I would also question this comment "Gold moving from West to East". If there is huge selling from predominately western countries through ETFs where is the gold going someone is buying it? Have you looked at Chinese gold import figures for this comment?
