Mikey Look at the reality mate, here we have a company that is flat out taking in $650k in revenue every 3 months, has not landed one major deal on it's own turf......but some how lands a major deal in China (1$ billion according to Bazzaroid).
Pallister is forced to put up 30 million shares @ 6.6c as security to cover a $2 million injection (but the deal is subject to him finding another $2 million, plus he has to buy them back inside 9 months or he loses them all), low and behold QTK announce that they have a China company willing to put up $4 million for 13 million shares at 30c !! Possibly designed to fleece the market for the other $2 million IMHO, but just a theory ;-)
Clearly the market doubts that this deal is for real based on the share price action over the last few days. Any person that says this deal is in the bag is kidding themselves. Why would Pallister have to risk 30 million shares, why not just jump on a plane with a few major backers and prove to them that the deal is 100% iron clad ?
