Anyone with a functioning brain knows that nothing goes up forever. I've made a lot of money out of this property and now I've built a brand new one to move into, so I'm auctioning this off. I've owned lots of properties, I know what I'm doing.

Despite goldbugs posting crap about the great real estate crash for years, it's made people rich, unlike gold.

I won't be transferring the money into gold bars, I'll tell you that.
