    "are allowing gold to rise, quite possibly to suck in paper buyers so they can be rinsed."
    The could dump enough paper gold (Cost them nothing to create like Fiat currency) to force the paper price below US$ 1,000 in the unregulated market but they are worried that the smart money will pounce on the Physical and it will be obvious that "the Emperor has no Clothes"
