Anybody who thinks that Putin will be actually talking to Biden, well, what would be the point of trying to talk directly to an individual that doesn't know his ass from his elbow and even if he did, his historical nature of being economic with the truth is at such a level that you can tell he's about to tell a big fat porky because his lips are starting to move.
