Any thoughts on Property Price going crazy, not so much here but...

Any thoughts on Property Price going crazy, not so much here but in the US, and the affect on Gold Price.

I am thinking the property bubble will bust again, just have no idea when.

I am think Covid has fast forward the bubble and bust for next cycle. No money spent on holidays and travel, just shopping for assets close to home.
