Absolutely, thats why Basel111 is pretty much irrelevant from my perspective as physical inflicts discipline on paper to a point that paper will be shunned in the hunt for ever dwindling supplies of the real stuff as real insurance is sought for protection in this corrupted "busted ass system".
Physical is the only real protection because when it comes down to it in the not too distant future you can have wheelbarrows full of paper but if you think that anybody is going to exchange any real physical for paper then people need to think again.
Trying to buy insurance after the event is somewhat disingenuous.
