Powell always looks very calm and sounds chipper. He talks about how inflation hurts poor people more. He talks about how price stability is in their mandate. He talks about how the strength of the US economy and how their is now no need for this accomodative monetary policy. It eats up a lot of time and all sounds pretty good. He's actually not saying a single thing that people don't already know.

Just one question needed for the financial media:
"Mr Powell, what are you doing as of today to fight inflation?"
