    "Who's to blame for this?"
    The US of course, must defend the Reserve currency.
    Since 2008 the Debt ceiling continues to rise, where will the US get the money(Not Currency ) to pay off
    the ever mounting debt and liabilities.
    A Ponzi scheme no doubt, over US$ 30 trillion and almost US$240,000 per taxpayer.
