    This high inflationary environment is not rubbing off gold unfortunately. Previous during the gold bear market from 2015/16 onwards, at least the AUD was doing the heavy lifting but of late the gold mining sector is not responding to anything except a weak USD which isn't going to happen for the foreseeable future.
