I know where you're coming from as I too was disappointed with Golds response to the gfc so I appreciate your conflicting hesitants to enter this gold space as it's nuances are ovious to me. I'm hedging my bets with over sold Gold/base metals stocks, and cash. These are tricky times to navigate and anyone who says they're not is missing something.
