P Panic sellers have not entered the market.
Sellers have put on hold & many new migrants new wanting houses.
Rent availability at record lows yet record high rent
Now as if one sells, they are wanting another down/upsizing
The real estate domestic market is getting more spring loaded again as many saving and waiting to pounce.
Another 1% or 2 some may sell (a few maybe & panic =NOT) and the wanting a home demand way outstrips NO supply numbers.
The real estate game still got some $$$ in it as location x3 and the right price= but nothing to the biggest gambling (stocks but wait as timing=)
