Aucklanders are playing with fire at the moment. The early 1990s gulable overseas investors and not so smart retirees were buying up large and do you know what happened I bought off them for half what they paid. Here we go again can't believe how stupid people are. Sold my investment properites gold and lithium now.
It's also the U.S. all over again.
