Yeah, the property market is down quite bit, which is why I've just put an offer in on a prime piece of dirt in an area on the outskirts of the city that's about to undergo a lot of development...I shaved $300k off the price....nice!!!!

And it was accepted.

Guarantee it's going to be a better bet than a chunk of gold or some of those tanking 'goldies'.
