The Perth mint will only convert your paper to physical if they have it, and you also have to pay manufacturing fees on top. If they don't have it they can cash you out. I went through the process when there was a shortage of silver, ended up selling the paper silver for paper money then bought physical which is in my possession. All in the fine print.
