SO how is the stock market and property down this year taking into account inflation, you need to contact everyone telling them they need to redo their indexes?

Fact is my best performing asset classes the last 12 months is art first, gold second, stocks third and property last...i would argue my cash has outperformed property where i live in regional australia, this goes for most people living in noosa or byron for example where prices have dropped 20%

Your best performing asset is 'art'? I doubt it because art is very illiquid, unlike shares or bonds. Maybe you could post some charts to prove how well art has performed.

In difficult times, the last thing anyone needs is 'art'.
