I doubt if adding margin is prudent but it can certainly be used.
Personally I would wait for a pullback to get in at a more neutral position.
Regarding the banks there are a few of them sitting just above triple bottoms.
Quite often the fourth time the bottom, hits the trap door opens.
Quite a few of these markets seem to be at inflection points.
