When gold temporarily spikes up there's always heaps of posts from excited goldbugs - until the next bankstering. Compared with property and the stock markets, gold's been an appalling bet.
That's not to say I haven't bet on the occasional gold stock myself, but I always make sure I bail out once I've made a decent profit.
And silver....I don't how you guys can possibly be bothered wasting your time.
