Now here's something else and I should have been on to this straight away as its not the first time its occurred. I just got too fixated on other aspects of the game.
Looking at the deranged sub $2,000 smash (which was more theatre than anything else) and the subsequent rise and the nature of it, it becomes blindingly obvious that the Banksters pushed their luck too far and gold down lower than they intended to due to "over exuberant" dollar-gold algoes and their hangers on. This is the reason for the slow rally off the low without any serious Bankster interference of significance up to where they were heavily capping at $2040. This was a Bankster induced and controlled rise, until of course it went awry.
Looking at the weekly and it appears that this correction is over and if it is the case then this is by far the shortest correction from previous record highs.
the Quarterly indicating we are in the third leg of a new major 8 leg move. It could be explosive. Its got a beautiful cup with a massively consolidated handle
as the Banksters fight with everything they've got to prevent the breakout. Good luck with that.
