Trump appears to be confirming that this Israeli deranged debacle was a pre-planned US/Israeli operation, just like 911 which Trump would no doubt have prevented, if he was privy to the Intel. I'm surprised that he hasn't claimed that. Maybe that would be a bit too divisive. The Americans have been taken for a ride by Netanyahoo and the Israeli's in their genocidal frenzy which was no doubt not part of the agreement.
