It is not the interest rates that are a problem but all the other financials as inflation, wages, house & car & bill prices = debt etc The main economic for west is lack of growth as seemly all west purse pull stringers have had and have no idea to grow= Usa growth is US U ALL bye debt and manipulating as funds on foriegn market margins, or simply stooging as crypto ponzi.
