They're absolute liars about everything. All you have to do is listen to Powell's gibberish about 2% inflation and full employment. And they don't care about debt levels because the aim of the game is default across the western banking system when they are either ready or are forced into it.
The only way I see these objects cutting rates is if the market shits itself, or begins to slide lower.
