How many of these properties have you retained?
None? That’s sad - clearly you can’t afford to so you jumping from one to the next gives you the illusion you’ve own multiple properties when in fact, inflation adjusted, you’ve just moved from one to the next because you don’t have the means or the skills to build an asset portfolio. When you allow for financing I hasten to say you have owned zero properties. Flipping isn’t owning dopey!! No Frank Lowy that’s for sure!! Lol
