Haven't posted in ages..chuffed to see gold finally going where it was always heading.
With all the unrest / military situations going on..inflation..interest rates peaking and beginning a revesal. All systems are go for gold.
I bought in (a bunch of asx goldies) planning to get out at around $3,700 aud Was around $2900 when I bought in so defn on track.
the stocks I hold have done ok, but not as well as I expected with gold price doing what it has. I might let it run a little further. To wait for the asx gold stocks to wake up and smell the coffee. I've held for around 2.5 yrs and there's no hurry to sell.
Thats 1 of the beautiful things about gold ; the r's can never fall out of it as it has intrinsic value. Has done for thousands of yrs and ain't changing anything soon. So can sleep well knowing there's no significant downside risk.
