So your $2M in cash is more likely to end up low $1M once you put the funds to construction. Not a lot left at all to fund a healthy retirement income.

You only had your BT mutual fund of approx $100k from stories on this forum. You cashed out of the market a long time ago skol to go to cash and only kept your underperforming mutual fund which I queries was an odd strategy?
