Houses prices are over valued on nearly every historic metric....what do you think a house worth $1MILLON dollars at 2.8% mortgage rates is going to be worth at 10%? Go to any online mortgage calculator and see that monthly payments are on a $800k mortgage? Add in a recession. What do you think happens when rates are in the 10% range, recession hits and people have debt everywhere? ------> housing crash
