I suppose I could compare it with property, which you can live in or rent out. There's loads of property millionaires and billionaires. I've made millions out of it, residential and industrial.
Who wants to own a useless piece of inert metal when they can get weekly rental, and own something people need? And you can gear your property up and maybe even renovate it and make a killing.
