I have noted the revisions in the last year are almost always significantly down. This implies there is a significant bias in the figures which leads to the original figures to be significantly overstated to the upside. Is the bias deliberate? Possibly since they are not correcting the bias.

The other factor is that those additional jobs have almost all been part time not full time positions which seems to be evidence of a weak economy.
