The topic, from my original post, was the registered serial numbers for the gold leased to the bank of England. The RBA states the bars don't move, so if that is the case, why don't the registered serial numbers of the newly audited bars match the original bar registered serial numbers. The RBA admits the serial numbers don't match (video posted). Is this not the case?
