A 5 minute from Fridays smash with the early whack down yesterday followed by another whack with a little bounce then the big drop into the low as across the board panic began to set in with the gold low coming at the usual early US trade time.
The Plunge protection team were no doubt seriously hard on it, pumping them bilge pumps keeping the ship afloat. The Banksters are not going to lower rates inter meeting as it would be another humiliating loss of face and show of incompetence, unless of course the game really shits itself. They have already de facto lowered rates.
The behavior over the last couple days of the markets is the Market telling the Banksters (US Fed and the BOJ) that the Market is displeased with their shenanigans, along with speculation being wringed out. We'll see where we go from here but considering the broader game finished well off its lows then the worst may be over. for the mo. We shall see.
