I think it was him who actually called the silver ETF the short meaning anybody buying the ETF was essentially adding ammunition for the Banksters to launch their attacks on the metal. Spoken but not meant to be spoken. The silver ETF is not fully backed with metal and there is probably a lot less than claimed
So far the Banksters have managed to keep silver capped. This object claiming that there is plenty of physical silver could indicate that they are struggling to get the goods. There will come a time soon when they will not be able to control the silver price. Particularly because it remains close to just 50% of its 1980 high.
