Pretty sure I read somewhere the most destructive event in history was Skol’s sad share portfolio - no capital gains to speak of. On a positive note, Skol has spared his accountant from having to deal with those pesky capital gains taxes that can be such a headache. GLTAH
ps also Skol bought property in the middle of nowhere right at the top of the Great NZ Property Bubble. What a disaster!!
