I totally agree with you. It is so obvious it is laughable and I really couldn't care less these days.

On a selfish note, we have now listed our property for sale and I fully intend converting 100% of my share of the proceeds into au & ag. I won't start crying if the POG drops a bit from here and would be able to cope with those extra ounces....
