They sure did where I live. Property's been a very big winner over the years. And it's got a dividend.

Have you ever asked yourself why there's so many listed property companies, but very few listed gold 'stacking' companies? There's also all kinds of property - new developments, industrial, commercial, new subdivisions, gentrification, renovations, rentals, leases, rural...you name it.

"Stacking"? It's strictly for the birds.
