Well done with your house purchase I wish you many years of comfortable living in it.

Have you considered diversifying you current financial position and buying / owning some physical Silver, Gold, explorers or producers of these metals or other listed equities?

Of course one can never give financial advice but personally I advocate for the holding of the physical metal before buying into a specific Gold / Silver miner. At the moment I like BC8. They recently raised around $76 M in a C.R. the purpose of this money was to bring forward by 15 months some additional production. So far looking at the Gold price the management timing appears to be exceptional.

N.B. I do hold this stock.

However, I guess time will tell, naturally, please you and any others reading ensure you do your full and due diligence.
