Hahaha. yeah pure Establishment gibberish. In regards to "Ratings Agencies" I remember back during the housing bubble in the early 2000's with the Banksters issuing such high quality loans as Liar Loans (no kidding this is what they were actually called. You put on the form whatever you wanted usually "helped" by a Bank official and signed it and the keys were yours. Then of course there were the infamous CDO's which were bits and pieces of levered junk with a slight whiff of some quality which were classified as triple A by the Rating Agencies. The outcome of course was never in doubt. A massive crash ensued culminating with the Banksters threatening Congress with systemic destruction unless they were bailed out. Congress being Congress realised that, even though they were a bunch of crooks they were no match for the Bankster Establishment who were far superior at fraud so the Banksters got away with their coup. No Banksters were charged, never mind being thrown in the slammer. In fact the bank head honchos were given massive severance packages for the privilege of destroying share holders wealth. Nothing was said to the Rating Agencies that perpetrated the fraud.
Like I've said many times, this so called system of governance is run by criminals for criminals and we are just the meat in the sandwich.
Looking at Trumps comments "he who has the gold makes the rules" it would appear that he doesn't understand that China holds around five times the amount of gold that the US claims to hold so he is no doubt inadvertently handing over the reins to the Chinese. He also may be being "persuaded" to make that comment to ease peoples concern over their doubts of actual US gold holdings. I have my doubts (to say the least) that we will see a genuine audit of US gold reserves.

Looking at the open this morning and gold opens with a massive $53 "drop"
