There was a UTube video I watched with Gerald Celente where he showed the US & Russia had an agreement from the 2010’s where they displayed their strategic bombers on runways in full view of satellites to reduce the risk of nuclear Armageddon. It appears the EU or US have allowed Ukraine to damage 33% of Russias strategic fleet without warning Russia. Does not bode well for the response. Russia no longer trusts Trump / US. It’s called the “New Start Treaty”.
