There will probably be a huge Israeli response to the Iranian attack which will more than likely bring in a reciprocal Iranian attack as escalation occurs.
Interestingly the reason for the Iranian air defences being non existent is because drones were smuggled into Iran and were positioned to attack when the Israelis were ready to launch indicating this was a well planned and time consumed operation put in place well before the actual Israeli attack.
