Can't see the Persians saying "SEND OUT THE IMMORTALS" as they did millennia ago against the Spartans as they have none.

When they were fighting Iraq in the 80s they were rounding up the young and throwing them into the front against Sadaam's well equipped armies and getting decimated.
Seems many are over estimating Iran's capabilities.
Nobody would invade that country as it's suicide but their capability to fight a prolonged war outside their borders is limited.

All the Iranians or Persians as they like to call themselves that i know are mercantile in character and they hate the regime in place there now.
