It's a delusion to think it has to be one or the other, kinda like the delusion of a very minority of men with XY chromosomes and a penis who think they can give birth to a baby!

the whole fallacy of it has to be either a house or gold or either house or silver is an absolute delusion!
Reality says people are investing over multiple asset classes which is the norm.
