Nothing wrong with concrete. It is technical to produce it. Need the right mix of materials
and method to produce a good product. Cures for up to 3-4 years.
Wrong materials and or methods, then big problems. Look at Indian bridges falling over.
The reason for the post was a comparison between the gold chart and a concrete stock as
a comparison for your investment strategy.
Picking ONE stock as an example did not give a true picture. How about a non performing concrete,
building stock that is a poor performer? That would be fair.
Gold stays there, "intrinsically".
