Well property might if you include dividends, i.e. rent.
However I'm happy to prove that gold over any decent period doesn't beat the DJIA. I can't tell what's going to happen in the future and neither can Mike Maloney, Jim Rickards, Pastor Lindsey Williams or any other of those schiffheads.

There's lots of gullible goldbugs though that will give Dub's assertion the big tick that the gold has beaten the DJIA. lol
