Real estate prices are elevated in many cities worldwide, not just Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, but a crash, can't see it, of course they won't go up forever, they'll level off or decline for some time. There's too much demand. Where I live employers can't even find unskilled staff, so there's a huge amount of immigration, and tradies from the countryside are moving in.

The DXY is on its way back up.
