Not sure 100% what he's going to do. I think he'll go harder than your average politician to fulfill his promises. He has to be a little subtle with his approach. He's got to pick and choose his battles.
I reckon he's well within his rights to protect US industry to some extent from Chinese imports which are generally Government subsidized and benefit from a Yuan which has been kept artificially low at times.
Subtlety hasn't been his strong point. It's going to be interesting. I think it's going to be a lot of fun seeing how he gets things done. You just don't know, he's the ultimate wildcard and it wouldn't surprise if he pulls it off somehow.
I know it looks like he's caving in on some of his promises, I think he's really conscious of uniting the country. He wants to be a Great President, he needs to be loved.
I think he really believes in what he's doing and he'll try to fulfill his promises - to some degree? lol.
I can't back against him anymore. It's freakish what he pulled off. He slagged off half a country and still got voted in.
