    Rates will rise whether Obama wants them or not, let the new boss take the heat or the KUDOs for kick starting the economy cause A new boss is coming quick and he will change things as he sees fit so if janet doesn't make him look good she can retire before 2017 when her term is up anyway.
    IMO Trump just guaranteed a rate rise and Janet keeps her job...
