@Ophir - Maybe , yes.
I want to see a reversal..i.e. make at least a higher low (and ideally a higher high) , establish a new support, pull back to that new support (they always pull back, always), test it, and hold. i.e. buy it on the pullback after testing a new Support, and so, providing Confirmation (and could still be wrong, there's never certainty, but the confidence level is greater, and you're buying into weakness (Support) that has been tested. If you're wrong, then you find out immediately, with minimal loss, if the support doesn't old....)
Sit back, have a cold beer, and think about it for 15 minutes. You might not have thought about it this way before. Just a suggestion.
Sure, I might pay more, but you always do for confirmation. Else you're gambling, and Melb has a big Casino for that (with far less time and effort, and no FOMC worries!!!).
This is different to continually buying a stock that falls in price...deep down you know that's catching a falling knife, bottom picking and compounding losses (cardinal sin #1)....its a very different approach.
It requires patience (hard), based on confirmation....versus impulsive buying, bottom picking etc....(aka "road to ruin"). You've called a bottom in gold more than once and been wrong every time....this is a statement of fact, sadly.
BTW, I don't see gold going up any time soon, anyway, except perhaps a short term tradeable swing to a yet lower high (resistance of 1,199 or below), a rejection, and continued decline, as unhappy longs bail and shorts pile in ("sell into strength"). A sell is a sell. Two sells are even worse for longs.
Can you please provide a credible argument why the reverse should be the case...no Shemittah, no Jubilee Year, would prefer a credible reason. If you can't (and you haven't to date), then pls don't bother replying...don't waste your time. Life is short. Find a good woman. Better still, find two, one for me!
P.S Separately, is PDN a BUY????? Clean Energy?
I keep saying this, but I think this will be my last (lengthy) Post here, esp. since no-one makes the effort to reply in kind i.e. seriously....except throwaway one liners ......I've been off here for about 5 days, but had to challenge another guy's poor judgement re US markets (eshmun), as did skol who beat me to it,... got other instruments to watch, on multiple markets, and a lot of learning to do. Always be learning.
Thanks
