Ec411, I have gold exposure too but I did not buy because I think the market is collapsing. That is just pure emotive gut feel that one cannot seriously make a play on gold. Some are here looking at daily noise and constantly finding signals or price action to give them insights extrapolating to some ridiculous future pricing.

We all know that all asset class is manipulated and this is not a reason to blame market participants for one's loss. The smarter ones will try to stay ahead of the game by whatever means. Looking at the Dow/SP500 and then saying it is over priced and ripe for a market crash is like going to Myers/DJ. If it is not on sale then the walled stays shut because we have so many historical sales so no one is buying unless it is a bargain. You got to flip that mentality uosid down when investing. Bottom and top picking are for mugs.
