Trump's upheaval will last a maximum of 2 years because of the mid-term elections by which time Americans will have figured out they've elected the biggest turkey in the history of the USA.

Presidents can make a bit of noise, but mostly they don't get their way because of the Congress and Senate where there's many notable and influential politicians. Trump wants to create a Trump dynasty, many politicians do, dictators like to indulge in a little bit of nepotism, and that's what he's up to.
