Hahaha, yeah right. The last thing I need, an illiquid asset that pays no rent, interest, nothing, and costs to store.

No thanks, property brings me in thousands of dollars a month in rent, and lots of people would like to buy the properties I own. I got a call out of the blue the other day from an agent with an overseas customer wanting to buy a property I own, and willing to pay more than the current valuation.

I declined their kind offer because I like owning it, I'm not going to get offers to buy a pile of useless gold.
