Diversification is relative. As long as iron ore, coal, gold, potash, zinc, etc. don't have a price correlation of 1.0 then that's diversification. Even investing in Companies within the same resource is diversification.

I suppose it depends on how much diversity you want or need. For me, it's enough, though I understand in the rare case of a general sell-off they could all go down together.

So many opportunities out there, I couldn't help myself any longer.
